Portcullis Trust is an independent educational charity (Reg: 281564) that raises funds to help individuals in need studying at Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College. It has been supported by many celebrities including Vince Cable, David Aaronovitch and Peter Snow who have held talks and donated their time freely to raise money for a bursary that supports disadvantaged individuals to access learning.
